In traditional foster care, children often receive comprehensive support until they “age out” at 18, at which point services frequently decline sharply or end altogether. For many young adults—especially those with developmental delays, dual diagnoses, or mental health challenges—this abrupt loss of support can lead to instability, unsafe housing, and stalled progress in life skills.
Grey Era Adult Resource Services was founded to address this systemic gap directly. Our mission is to offer a comprehensive continuum of care that extends beyond childhood, ensuring adults receive consistent, coordinated support to reach their full potential and lead meaningful, independent lives.
We recognize that independence looks different for everyone. Our holistic approach combines daily living support, health and mental health services, skill-building, and community integration, all tailored to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals.
